Week 3 

Still no side effects from diet which concentrates on Protein.
Arms now 17" cold. Started AB and chest exercises this week to try and even out.
Was asked about tensing for photo versus not, so I went with not and will keep it that way.

My Diet




I have decided to keep a visual diary, mainly for my own amusement, of my progress in my high protein diet.
